May Zhou 23BBA is passionate about combining aspects of communications, content creation, and innovation to tackle issues in sustainability, climate, and social justice. On campus, she is passionate about student organizations that work to promote social impact and entrepreneurship and is the current Co-President of Emory's central entrepreneurship and venture management organization, EEVM. Previously, she was the Co-President of Social Impact 360, where she guided fellows in creating social enterprises, worked with Atlanta food deserts to promote nutritional access, and planned pro-bono consulting projects for Atlanta nonprofits. Prior to this summer, she interned at the Smithsonian Insitution and Emory Office of Sustainability Initiatives and is now a Creative Climate Culture intern for the non-profit Elemental Excelerator. She has conducted projects in green energy and waste reduction and hopes to gain experience in climate tech and sustainability through internships and the Business and Society Institute at Goizueta Business School.
